What panels are made of?

They are made of eco-friendly nonflammable PVC produced in result of extrusion.

What is the size of panels?

PVC panels are presented in various sizes: width: 100, 250 and 335 mm; length depends on customer's desire. Thickness: 9mm or 5mm.

What is the life-time period?

The life-time period of the ORTO® panels is more then 10 years. They are moisture-resistant, nonflammable, and immune to environmental influence.

How the image is applied?

ORTOGRAFY®. Three steps of process are compulsive: design, film and panels. The image is applied onto decorative film through gravure printing and then transferred on panel through thermal-transfer printing: the paint in this case penetrates in the structure of PVC so that to guarantee the perfect performance over the years.

ORTOPRINT. The image is applied through direct printing on rigid PVC panel by means of eco-friendly UV-resistant inks. Ink doesn’t penetrate into structure and present color-accurate image on different background even dark one.

What is the quality of image?

ORTOGRAFY® presents sustainable quality within the life-time period of ORTO® panels. It does not fade over the years. ORTOGRAFY® is wash-resistant and immune to thermal effects. The technology delivers hues, fine details and nacreous finish.

Image printed directly on PVC panels by means of UV-curable wideformate plotter is UV-resistant, moisture-resistant, detergents-resistant and immune to thermal effects. Resolution 720 dpi provides photo-realistic images

What can be presented on your panels?

In this case only your imagination imposes restrictions. ORTOGRAFY® is based on image repetition while ORTOPRINT provides whole wall murals, small murals, borders and panel murals.

Are your panels economic?

Yes. Your spare your money and time. Branded wall panels is finishing material and advertising at the same time – so the repair expenses include advertising expenses. You will carry out repair less frequently as well.

Can I use ORTO® panels for curved constructions?

Yes. We offer new flexible plastic panels ORTOflex. They are able to bend in cross-direction and that is very useful when you decorate reception desk for example. ORTOflex is ideal for curved and mobile exhibition equipment.
