Manufacture of decorative wall panels with ORTOGRAFY® presents three steps:

• Design
• Applying of image on film through gravure printing
• Applying of image on PVC panel through thermal-transfer printing and laminating in case of MDF panels.

Design

Gravure Printing

Gravure printing provides wide range of hues.

Direct contact of material and printing roll guarantees high quality of printing. The roll is able to stand large circulation.

Gravure printing provides constant quality and color perfection. Image on wall with ORTOGRAFY® is hue-saturation-intensive, it is of photographic quality.

Gravure printing provides long run of decorative wall panels with ORTOGRAFY®. Repeated production costs you much less.
